Analytical fix of the vessel in a coastal area

Two calculation schemes of analytical obtaining of the vessel position by two measured intervals up to navigational marks in a coastal area have been studied. The analysis of the calculation schemes has been carried out and the advantages of calculation of observated coordinates of the vessel using a regularization functional have been formulated. The limits of a spatial area where the calculation of observated coordinates with a regularization can be applied have been found.

Analytical fix of the vessel by two measured intervals from navigational marks with the help of laser range finders

Two schemes of analytical obtaining of the vessel position by two measured intervals from navigational marks with the help of laser range finders have been studied. These schemes allow to monitor observated positions with the help of electron maps, and also they can be applied to pilot vessels in narrow places.

The ways of navigation equipment development in coastal regions

The authors consider the possibility of producing of coastal navigation equipment based on the laser technology. The schemes of analytical calculation of ship position data using new navigation equipment have been proposed.
